Business Chinese Course For Working Adults, Contact 9372 7675 For More Details!

Business Mandarin has become an essential skill as more companies venture to the Chinese market.
Our business mandarin course aims to equip professionals with business terms in Mandarin that is necessary to deal with conferences, business documents and business situations. 


Lesson starts every first Monday of every month. Each session is 3 hours long and lessons are held at MDIS lecture theatre, Dhoby Ghaut.

There are four levels of business mandarin course that are available:
  1. Basic (Basic conversation, Hanyu pinyin)
This course is for students who are new to Mandarin or has lower primary level Chinese equivalent standard. This course is necessary to build up the foundation in order to master Business Chinese language. The foundation course include:
  • Hanyu Pinyin (Phonetic system to translate Chinese characters to Alphabet)
  • Common Vocabulary
  • Basic Chinese Conversation
  • Reading and Writing of basic Chinese Characters  
This course will be completed over a course of 160 hours, costing $3200   

2. Intermediate (Comprehension)
This course is for students who want to learn Mandarin for workplace purposes such as listening, reading, writing and conversing

3. Advanced (Conversational)
This course is for students who want to learn conversational Mandarin for business environment
Level 1: Conversation in Business Mandarin in Workplace Situations (3 Hours) - 70 Sessions [SGD60/ Session]
Level 2: Conversation & Presentation in Business Mandarin in Conferences (3 hours) - 60 Sessions [SGD60/ Session]
4. Professional (Reading & Writing)
This course is for students who want to learn effective reading and writing of business Mandarin
Level 1: Reading and Comprehending Business Terms (3 Hours) - 60 Sessions [SGD60/ Session]
Level 2: Effective Drafting Of Email and Documents in Business Mandarin (3 Hours) - 70 Sessions [SGD60/ Session]
